Cheesy Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
6 large eggs
2 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Assemble the Casserole:

Spread the thawed hash browns evenly in the bottom of the baking dish. Layer the cooked sausage over the hash browns. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
Make the Egg Mixture:

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausage and cheese.
Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Garnish & Serve:

Let cool slightly, then garnish with chopped parsley. Slice and serve warm for a hearty breakfast!
