Easy and Tasty Roasted Okra Recipe

Description

For the Flatbread:
1 package store-bought flatbread or pizza dough
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
For the Rosemary Honey:
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the flatbread or pizza dough onto a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese, chopped pistachios, and pomegranate seeds evenly over the dough.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the flatbread is golden and crispy.
While the flatbread bakes, prepare the rosemary honey by combining honey, fresh rosemary, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Stir well.
Once the flatbread is done baking, drizzle the rosemary honey over the top.
Slice and serve warm. Enjoy the festive flavors!
