Burrata with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes & Balsamic Glaze

Description

1 flatbread or naan
1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
4 oz burrata cheese, torn into pieces
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup arugula (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
Drizzle the flatbread with olive oil and spread an even layer of cranberry sauce on top.
Distribute the torn burrata cheese over the cranberry sauce.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges of the flatbread are golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey. Optionally, top with fresh arugula for a peppery bite.
Slice and serve warm.
