Cheesy Bacon-Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
12 large button mushrooms, stems removed
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
2 green onions, finely chopped (reserve some for garnish)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Prep the Mushrooms:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms and remove stems. Place mushroom caps on a baking sheet.
Make the Filling:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the Mushrooms:
Spoon the cheese mixture into the mushroom caps, filling them generously.
Bake:
Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
Serve:
Sprinkle with reserved green onions and serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.
