Roasted Pomegranate Cinnamon Goat Cheese Flatbread

Description

½ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 loaf warm crusty bread, sliced
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
If using, drizzle balsamic vinegar over the mixture and stir gently.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
Serve with warm, sliced crusty bread for dipping.
