Easy Lemon Chicken Orzo

Description

For the Flatbread:
1 pre-made flatbread or naan
1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
4 oz brie cheese, sliced
1/4 cup candied pecans, chopped
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Cranberry Glaze:
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush the flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle with dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread, followed by pear slices and red onion.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the brie is melted and the flatbread is crisp.
While the flatbread bakes, prepare the cranberry glaze by heating cranberry sauce, balsamic vinegar, and honey in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring
until smooth.
Remove flatbread from the oven and drizzle with the cranberry glaze. Sprinkle with candied pecans.
Slice and serve warm. Enjoy!
