Description
3 ripe bananas, sliced
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
1 package vanilla pudding mix (or homemade)
2 cups milk (or milk alternative)
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups whipped cream (or whipped topping)
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
Extra strawberries and bananas for garnish (optional)
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are coated and the mixture is slightly moist. Press the mixture
into the bottom of a 9×9-inch dish or individual serving cups to form a crust.
In a separate bowl, whisk the vanilla pudding mix with the milk according to the package instructions. Let it set for about 5 minutes.
In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Layer the sliced bananas and chopped strawberries on top of the graham cracker crust. Then, spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the fruit.
Spoon the vanilla pudding mixture on top of the cream cheese layer, then repeat with more bananas, strawberries, and cream cheese mixture until you reach the
top of the dish.
Finish with a layer of pudding and garnish with extra sliced fruit on top.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
