Honeyed Pear & Camembert Flatbread with Toasted Pecans

Description

1 pre-made flatbread or naan
4 oz goat cheese
2 tbsp heavy cream
1/2 cup fresh or dried cranberries
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, whip goat cheese and heavy cream together until smooth and fluffy.
Brush flatbread with olive oil and spread the whipped goat cheese evenly on top.
Sprinkle cranberries and toasted walnuts over the cheese.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze and honey.
Sprinkle with fresh thyme, salt, and black pepper. Serve warm and enjoy!
