For the Flatbread
1 package (about 8 oz) flatbread or pizza dough
2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
1/2 cup fresh cranberries (or dried cranberries if preferred)
1 cup Brie cheese, cut into small chunks
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup fresh arugula (for garnish)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange flatbread or pizza dough on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil evenly over the dough.
Scatter sliced pears, cranberries, and chunks of Brie cheese over the dough.
Sprinkle cinnamon and salt over the toppings, then drizzle honey on top for sweetness.
Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the flatbread are golden.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh arugula before slicing and serving.
