Miso-Glazed Bok Choy and Shiitake Mushrooms

Description

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
2 cups lump crab meat, drained and flaked
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Prepare the Crab Dip Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
Add Crab and Seasonings:
Gently fold in the crab meat, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, fresh parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper.
Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
Bake the Crab Dip:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the crab dip mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden
and bubbly.
Serve the Crab Dip:
Remove the dip from the oven and allow it to cool slightly. Serve hot with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
