1 pizza dough or flatbread (store-bought or homemade)
2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Arugula (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Flatbread: Roll out the pizza dough or flatbread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt and
pepper.
Assemble the Toppings: Arrange the thinly sliced pears evenly over the flatbread, then sprinkle crumbled goat cheese and fresh thyme leaves on top.
Bake the Flatbread: Place the flatbread in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly melted and bubbly.
Drizzle with Honey: Once out of the oven, drizzle the baked flatbread with honey for a sweet touch.
Garnish and Serve: If desired, top with a handful of fresh arugula for a peppery contrast. Slice and serve immediately.
