Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips
3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Flour tortillas for serving
Directions

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken strips, bell peppers, and onions. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Spread on a Sheet Pan:

Spread the chicken and veggies in an even layer on a large sheet pan.
Bake:

Bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
Add Cheese (Optional):

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and return to the oven for 2–3 minutes, until melted.
Serve:

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with warm tortillas. Add your favorite toppings like sour cream, guacamole, or salsa!
