Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
2 celery stalks, diced
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
1 tsp poppy seeds
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions

Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, dried cranberries, pecans, celery, and green onions.
Toss with dressing: Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
