Baked Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients:

12 oz spaghetti, cooked
1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:

Cook the Meat:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned.
Pour in the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Prepare the Layers:

In a greased baking dish, spread a thin layer of the meat sauce.
Add half of the cooked spaghetti.
Spread ricotta cheese over the pasta.
Top with half of the remaining meat sauce, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
Repeat the layers with the remaining spaghetti, sauce, and cheese.
Bake:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve:

Garnish with chopped parsley.
Let it cool slightly before slicing.
