Honey Glazed Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional: Fresh thyme for garnish
Directions
Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season the Sprouts: In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
Roast: Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
Glaze with Honey: Remove from the oven, drizzle with honey and balsamic vinegar, and toss to coat. Return to the oven for 2–3 more minutes to let the honey caramelize.
Garnish & Serve: Garnish with fresh thyme and serve warm as a delicious side dish!
