7-Layer Dip Recipe
Ingredients
Base Layers:
1 can (16 oz) refried beans
1 cup sour cream
1 cup guacamole
Middle Layers:
1 cup chunky salsa or pico de gallo
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend)
Top Layers:
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Layer the Base:
Spread the refried beans evenly at the bottom of a clear serving dish or bowl.
Add Creamy Layers:
Spread the sour cream evenly over the beans.
Add the guacamole as the next layer, smoothing it gently.
Add Salsa:
Spoon the salsa or pico de gallo over the guacamole in an even layer.
Sprinkle Cheese:
Generously sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the salsa.

Add sliced black olives, green onions, and optional cilantro on top for garnish.
Chill:
